Project management of a cultural festival.
The 5th Workshop on the Conclusion Phase
Part of the activities of the Project Management Incubation Association

This was the fifth workshop for the members of the Cultural Festival (Memorial Festival) Committee, mainly second year high school students.
As this year’s festival was the final phase, we had a reflection meeting after the actual festival.
As an exercise.

• Preparing for the conclusion (brainstorming the good and the bad, etc.)
• Reviewing and confirming the achievement of the original goals
• Team survey creation and effectiveness tabulation
• Identifying Lessons Learned
• Creating a project folder

At the end of the project, each student was asked to conduct and submit a self-evaluation of the project using the evaluation criteria table (rubric) created with the teachers.

The next presentation is scheduled.
